- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at flyb.jewel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- If rejected, the product will be returned to you where the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team at flyb.jewel@gmail.com.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include flash sale items and damaged items.
