  1. Eligibility for Returns 
    1. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
    2. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
    3. The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  1. How to Initiate a Return
    1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at flyb.jewel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  2. Return Shipping 
    1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
    2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  1. Refunds
    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
    3. If rejected, the product will be returned to you where the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
  2. Exchanges
    1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team at flyb.jewel@gmail.com.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    1. Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include flash sale items and damaged items.
